We called your technical support line and kept your service staff
very busy. They were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and
endlessly patient with a couple of techno dunces. We opened our
account by phone at 7 p.m. last night, and by 9 p.m., we were already
in the process of downloading your EarthLink Software. Since last
night we have called your technical support line four times and
received courteous advice every time.

and helped to set up my account. The reps were very courteous and
helpful. The first technician called at 3 p.m. as I was just leaving
home. He asked me when the best time to call me again was, so I
told him 7 p.m. The other representative called me back at 7 p.m.

EarthLink has been one of the most consistent providers that I
have heard of. After listening to complaints from friends and relatives
about their providers, I am quick to recommend they "switch rather
than fight." Almost all have thanked me for my recommendation after
having used your service for only a short period of time.
I've had to call the technical support line on more than one occasion
for help in solving some problems. On each occasion, I was dealt
with in a courteous and professional manner. The nicest part of
each experience was the ability to promptly speak to a human instead
of some voice-messaging system.

Today I called for additional information on your SmartSite. Again,
I was impressed with the professionalism and the reasonable pricing
